- Brook Winfield10.11.2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I will never buy from this company again. I bought a pot set but realised 5 minutes later it was not the one I meant to buy. I emailed straight away and told them what had happened, asked if I could cancel my order and gave them my contact details. As I never heard back from them I tried to call multiple times a day through the week and emailed again. It is now about 3 months later and no one EVER answered or replied to my email. 10 days later the pots that are of no use to me (and cost $400) arrived. They state that they have a 30 day return policy but that is easy to say when you are completely UNCONTACTABLE!!!! What a disgusting way to do business. Do yourself a favour and buy your products elsewhere.
